Please make sure to allow  active content if your browser does not open a separate window) Last year six cars left London as part of the inaugural Mongol Rally. Four made it to Ulaanbaatar! This year about 40 cars have left London, and we are enormously proud to say that are one of them. We are driving from London to Mongolia in a Citroen 2CV very generously provided by Paul Miller, who we met through Ebay. This stunning car has a princely 602cc engine and the journey promises to make for the most stunning adventure. If like my brother you thought Outer Mongolia was a made-up place like Never Never Land it really does exist! Ulaanbaatar is some 10,000 miles / 16.000 km away from England as the crow flies. However the rather convoluted route we will take down through Turkey and across the Caspian Sea into the 'Stans and on into Russia and Mongolia will be somewhere in the region of 10,000 miles. We are taking part in this truly epic event to raise money for three fantastic charities, Send a Cow, Save the Children Mongolia and The Burnaby Blue Foundation.
